As winter is approaching, your laser cutting equipment also needs to keep warm and add antifreeze to prevent freezing, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. If the

laser cutting machine is not used for a long time, the place where the cooling water passes, especially the cooling liquid in the laser cavity and pipeline, must be completely drained out

of the machine.

It is recommended to start the laser cutting machine in use for 24 hours to ensure the internal circulation of coolant. Notice: the antifreeze is used to assist antifreeze but cannot make

heat and keep warm. In areas with low temperature, attention should be paid to the protection of equipment to avoid unnecessary losses.

Why does the laser cutting machine add antifreeze instead of water in winter?

92% ~ 98% of antifreeze is ethylene glycol (ethylene glycol and ethanol are two completely different components). At present, more than 95% of water-based antifreeze using ethylene

glycol at home and abroad is antifreeze. Compared with tap water, the obvious feature of ethylene glycol is antifreeze, and water can not antifreeze.

Can antifreeze be mixed with water?

Antifreeze can only be used after dilution. Deionized water can be added for dilution. The freezing point corresponding to different concentrations is also different.

Can car antifreeze be used for the machine?

Because the two antifreeze functions are aimed at different liquids, the antifreeze of laser cutting machine and automobile is also different, so it is not recommended to use.
