2) Thin‑film patterning (metals, thin‑film solar cells)

3) Marking (glass, silicon, ceramics, metals, plastics)

Brief Description

Featuring advanced chirped pulse amplification (CPA) technology, the lasers deliver femtosecond laser output with near diffraction limited beam quality. Three wavelength options are available: 1030 nm / 515 nm / 343 nm. It provides pulse width ≤ 500 fs, average power from 5 W to 150 W, and maximum single pulse energy ≥ 1 mJ. Engineered for 7×24 hour industrial grade stable operation, it is widely applied in semiconductors, consumer electronics, photovoltaics and new energy industries.
