Machine Features

1. Equipped with independent feeding bin, receiving bin and automatic receiver. One-time manual loading enables unattended continuous feeding. After parts on the feeding tray are exhausted, empty trays are automatically recycled to the receiving bin without frequent manual replenishment.

2. Independent dual gantries, dual flow channels and multi-station layout. Loading, unloading, assembly and other processes run simultaneously for greatly improved productivity.

3. High-precision CCD visual automatic positioning for part picking and assembly to capture accurate positions, ensuring dimensional accuracy and stability of assembled products.

4. Controlled by industrial PC system for simple operation. Barcode scanner optional to realize MES traceability of production data.

5. Highly compatible; available as standalone unit or in-line with production lines.

6. Fully enclosed safety guard with access door and safety interlock to ensure operational safety.
