Machine Features

1. Dual-station design enables alternating clamping and welding for high working efficiency. Highly flexible feeding and discharging workbench adapts to mounting and positioning of various products.

2. Dedicated fixtures for spot welding and formal welding in each process effectively control processing deformation and guarantee high machining accuracy.

3. Superior weld performance: Forms full and tight weld seams for air box workpieces with excellent air tightness, and the weld penetration depth is no less than the thickness of the thin-wall side.

4. Elevated gantry structure with movable cross beam provides maximum processing space, excellent dynamic performance and stable operation.

5. 3D welding head supports infinite n×360° rotation for high-efficiency operation. Cutting, welding and 3D printing heads are quickly replaceable without adjustment, realizing multi-purpose application of one single machine.
