Machine Features

1. Weld steel sheets of different thicknesses, strengths and materials into stampable blanks

2. Reduce part count and vehicle weight while maintaining structural strength: ~25% fewer components, 65% higher torsional stiffness, 35% improved vibration performance

3. Support two-piece, three-piece and curved tailor welding (equal or unequal thickness)

4. Direct stamping after welding to save raw materials


Applications

1. Capable of welding special-shaped blanks with straight and inclined welds, including equal-thickness and unequal-thickness blanks

2. Suitable for welding hot-stamped Al-Si coated blanks, bare blanks and zinc-coated blanks with thickness ≤3.0 mm

3. On-line weld tracking and guidance; front-side weld quality inspection; back-side weld quality inspection; automatic wire feeding; camera detection & automatic adjustment for tailor welded blank gaps; fully automatic loading and unloading
