Machine Features

1. Laser stripping method, supporting integrated cutting and stripping for both single-core wires and twisted-pair wires.

2. Causes no damage to wire jackets or inner core wires. Twisted-pair wires achieve burr-free and flat cuts with stable and controllable processing quality.

3. Wire cutting length range:

3.1 Single-core wire: 20~1000 mm, tolerance within 0.002×L mm.

3.2 Twisted-pair wire: 60~1000 mm, tolerance within 0.003×L mm.

3.3 Custom sizes available.

4. Stripping tip length: 1~7 mm; single wire tolerance ±0.2 mm, double wire tolerance ±0.3 mm.

Main Applications: Outer sheath cutting and automatic cutting of wires.
