1. Combined with one Horizontal Machining Center and one Vertical Machining Center; vertical and horizontal axes share one worktable system, equipped with rotary indexing unit for arbitrary-angle rotation and multi-surface composite machining.

2. Five-sided machining realized in single clamping; higher processing efficiency and spatial precision.

3. Linear & circular interpolation cutting available; one-time completion of milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping and other processes. 48-tool arm-type frequency conversion tool magazine; high speed, low inertia to reduce tool grabbing impact; patented pneumatic structure.

4. BT40 direct-drive integrated spindle for high-efficiency tapping, rated speed: 12000 rpm. Rapid traverse and cutting feed rate reach 48 m/min, shortening cycle time and lifting productivity.

5. Widened linear guide rails adopted for X/Y/Z axes; high rigidity, low friction, low noise, strong vibration resistance; lightweight design with low inertia for enhanced dynamic response.
