Han's Laser Has Completed the Sale of Prima Shares

It is announced that on 2 December 2022, Sharp Focus International Ltd., whose share is wholly-owned by Han’s Laser, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Femto Technologies S.p.A., in order to sell an equity interest representing in the aggregate 9.95% of the voting rights of Prima Industrie.
