Laser cleaning technology refers to the process of using high-energy laser beam to irradiate the workpiece surface, so that the dirt, rust spots or coatings on the surface can evaporate or peel off from the surface instantaneously, and the attachments or coatings on the surface of the cleaned object can be effectively removed at a high speed, so as to achieve a clean process. It is a new technology based on the interaction effect of laser.


         

The difference between laser cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning is that the laser cleaning operation is very convenient. Generally, it can be carried out by hand, and the surface of objects can be cleaned directly without using any medium. The cleaning effect is very good for large area and precision parts cleaning. The working temperature is - 5 ℃~50 ℃, while ultrasonic cleaning needs to add detergent, which is capable of cleaning the small workpieces however it can not remove coating and submicron particles.
