Liquid-cooling plates are critical thermal management components in data center computing and energy storage systems. Han's Laser offers multiple welding technologies for liquid-cooling plates.

Ring-Mode Laser Welding Technology

This technology is tailored for aluminum-alloy liquid-cooling plates commonly used in new energy vehicles and energy storage industry. The solution employs a 2+2 dual-ring-mode laser source, with inner and outer ring core diameters of 14 μm and 100 μm, respectively. This technology effectively suppresses spatter and reduces porosity, yielding sound weld seams. Helium leak testing and burst pressure testing confirm compliance with Grade 8 standards, ensuring long-term hermetic sealing reliability for liquid-cooling plate welding.

Red-Blue Hybrid Laser Welding Technology

This technology is designed for copper and copper–stainless steel dissimilar-material welding in high-performance computing liquid-cooling plates. Copper exhibits an absorptivity exceeding 47% in the blue-wavelength band, enabling rapid melting of the copper surface and expansion of the melt pool. The red laser, with its small core diameter and high-power density, facilitates keyhole-mode deep penetration welding. The synergistic effect of the red and blue laser beams suppresses spatter, minimizes porosity, and improves overall welding efficiency.
